I called them about two weeks ago to clean my gutters. They said it was the busy season so they couldn’t give me an exact date on when they would come, but would be out in a week or two. Called them yesterday and they said that they didn’t have other calls near my area, and that’s why they haven’t come around. I asked them for an estimate on when they would come and they said they don’t know – could be two weeks, or more! I understand it’s the busy season, but what kind of service basically tells you, “we’ll get to you when we get to you.” I asked the lady on the phone to cancel the job, and she asked me, “Why?”. When I told her the (obvious) reason, she gave me attitude (as though I was being unreasonable), told me to have a nice day, and hung up. Awful service!
