Ned Stevens Gutters used to be a great service. Not any longer. Their policy has changed. They are a very busy place and call you when they come. You say OK. If you say no, they can’t say when they would be back. So happens it is prior to about half the leaves falling.
It used to be that their 30 day warranty would cover this and they would gladly redo, without any question or attitude. Now this 30 day “warranty” only covers “new debris”. My landscaper is smart enough to come and do a fall clean-up after the leaves fall. Ned Stevens is not that smart. They now even have their recording say “…. we can’t control the weather or when the leaves fall”. Yes that is true, but you can be AWARE of when they fall, as that is your job. Rather, in our case, used to be your job.
