Most recent experience was horrible. Left my gate open and our dog wandered out. Fortunately he made his way home but this shouldn’t have happened, how do they leave and leave a fence open. Then i looked at the bill they left to find a number to call them and there was recommended work replacing gutters and leaders amounting to close to $1000, but my gutters are only 2yrs old. Do they really think they all need to be replaced or are they just looking to run up a bill? The response was….uh, sorry I’ll tell the manager to talk to them. I told him to remove me from their annual service i’ll find someone more reliable.
