I booked this gutter company because they said they do a full flush of the underground gutter line and can snake a blockage if they find one. (This is what was most important to me)

The first appointment the gutter team no showed. I was told that they couldn’t find the house. This is complete bs because the customer service agent found it on Google maps without a problem.

They “rescheduled” the appointment for another day and again I waited all day to find out I wasn’t rescheduled. I wasn’t booked, so clearly the customer service person didn’t do their part.

After a lot of back and forth another customer service person roped me back to give them a 3rd try.

The 3rd appointment the team shows up and spends 15min with a leaf blower and then they pack up to leave. No gutter flush, no underground pipe check. Nothing! The whole reason for the appointment out the window.

After calling customer service again, they said the team couldn’t find where to connect a hose to use the water which again is complete BS. There’s 2 spots at this house to connect a hose. one in the front and one in the back.

After a lot of back and forth with managers and customer service reps, I’m done. Nonetheless, I still have to pay $100 for who knows what. NOTHING!

I would never recommend this company.
